BRBF Summer Youth Legal Institute selected to receive NABE LexisNexis Community & Educational Outreach Award

The BRBF is hard at work planning the 2016 Summer Youth Legal Institute, which will take place June 20-24, 2016, in Baton Rouge. If you would like to volunteer to work with Gardere-area youths ages 12 to 17, contact Lynn at 225-214-5564 or lynn@brba.org. The summer institute, which is currently in its third year, is heavily reliant on lawyer and law student volunteers.

The 2015 Summer Youth Legal Institute, however, was recently selected to receive the 2016 NABE LexisNexis Community & Educational Outreach Award, which will be presented in early August in San Francisco. Congratulations to Lynn S. Haynes, program coordinator, and to BRBA/BRBF Executive Director Ann Gregorie.
