BRBF Law Day Opening Ceremony to be held Friday, May 1

The Baton Rouge Bar Foundation will host its annual Law Day Opening Ceremony at the Baton Rouge River Center Theatre Friday, May 1, 2015, just after the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana completes its Naturalization Ceremony.

District Attorney Hillar Moore III will be the speaker during the Law Day Opening Ceremony. After the completion of the Ceremony, students will proceed to various assigned courtrooms in the 19th Judicial District Court, the Family Court for and in the Parish of East Baton Rouge, and Baton Rouge City Court to attend interactive mock trial presentations.

Talya Bergeron is the chair of this year's event. Robert Savage is the vice chair of the Law Day Committee.
