Speaker: Dr. John Sawyer, Ochsner Health

About the speaker: Dr. John Sawyer, a Mississippi Coast native, is a clinical neuropsychologist at Ochsner Health. He co-directs the Cognitive Disorders and Brain Health Program in Neurology where he primarily evaluates and cares for patients with cognitive difficulties. Dr. Sawyer co-runs the Alzheimer’s/Memory Clinic at Ochsner and consults on legal cases requiring neuropsychological expertise.  Additionally, he is the Medical Director of Professional Staff Experience where he works one-on-one with physicians who have on-the-job burnout and work stress.
