Inflated and unreasonable construction claims create an impediment to settlement for both the contractor and owner. But what constitutes a "reasonable" claim? This program will discuss strategies to quickly and economically determine the reasonable limits of construction claims and potential contractual and legal issues that may impact the preparation and defense of such claims. The presenters will discuss real life examples of how defining the reasonable bounds have both supported and discredited claims and tips and tools to prepare, evaluate, and negotiate claims.
