FEMA opened disaster recovery centers (DRC) in East Baton Rouge, West Feliciana and Tangipahoa parishes Monday to help flood victims get recovery assistance. The Baton Rouge Bar Foundation will provide legal assistance (counsel and advice) to flood victims at the Baton Rouge DRC located at New Hope Baptist Church, St. Louis King of France and 2nd Baptist Church.
